📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
🚚 Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 5–15 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–18 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–18 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe: 7–20 business days
- 🌎 Latin America: 10–25 business days
- 🌍 Other international destinations: 10–25 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
🌎 International Orders
For international orders, packages may be subject to customs clearance or local import procedures. Any delays caused by customs are outside of our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
⏳ Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur. If your order has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact our support team with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed before the shipping period begins.
